The account's tool could not be started

Why the tool that reaches a ChatGPT, Claude or Google plan did not start, and how to get it running.

What it means

Each plan runs through the company's own tool: Codex for ChatGPT, Claude Code for Claude, the Gemini CLI for Google. Draggy downloads it once, the first time you sign in. This time the tool was missing, the download failed, or it stopped several times in a row.

What to do

• Check that this computer is online, wait a moment, then send the message again.
• Sign out and in again in Settings → Providers. Signing in fetches the tool again when it is missing.
• Security software can block a newly downloaded program. Allow it, then try again.

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
