The provider does not offer this model

Why a provider no longer recognises a model, and how to choose another.

What it means

The provider did not recognise the model name. Providers retire models and rename them, and some models are only open to certain accounts.

What to do

• Choose another model in the model menu.
• In Settings → Providers, open the provider and press Test to fetch its current list.
• Untick the model there so it stops appearing in the menus.

Still stuck

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
