The provider did not accept the API key

Why a provider turns down the key Draggy sent, and how to put in a working one.

What it means

The provider answered, but refused the key. The key may have been mistyped, revoked, or made for another provider or another project on the same one.

What to do

• Create a new key on the provider's own site and copy it whole.
• In Settings → Providers, open the provider, paste the new key into API key, then press Test.
• If the test lists models, the key works. Send the message again.

Still stuck

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
