The model belongs to a family this version of the engine cannot run.

What it means

Every model belongs to a family, its architecture, and the engine has to know how to run that family. A model released after the engine version Draggy uses may be of a kind the engine has never seen, and it refuses to load it.

What to do

• Update Draggy. The engine is a llama.cpp release, and support for a new family arrives in newer releases.
• Choose a model from a family the engine already runs, such as one in the wiki's model tables.

Still stuck

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
