The provider reported a problem

What to do when a provider fails in a way Draggy does not recognise.

What it means

The provider sent back an error Draggy has no article for. The message shows the provider's own words after its name, which usually say what went wrong.

What to do

• Read the provider's words in the message, and send the message again.
• Check the provider's status page. A failure on their side clears by itself.
• If it keeps happening, open an issue on GitHub with those words, without your key.

Still stuck

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
