Why a provider refuses a conversation past the model's limit, and how to carry on.

What it means

Every model reads a fixed amount of text at once. The conversation, with its files and tool results, has grown past what this model takes.

What to do

• Start a new chat. A short summary of the earlier one is often enough to carry on.
• Attach only the files the question is about.
• Or pick a model with a larger context from the model menu.

Still stuck

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
