Part of a split model is missing

A model stored in several files needs every one of them.

What it means

Very large models are stored as several files, named like model-00001-of-00004.gguf. The engine opens the other parts itself and cannot start unless every one is in the same folder. Draggy checks for them before it starts, and this is what it found missing.

What to do

• Remove the model in Settings → Models and download it again to get every part. A partly finished download leaves the later parts absent.
• If you copied the files in by hand, copy all of the parts, not just the first.

Still stuck

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
