The model took too long to load

The engine did not become ready within the time Draggy allows.

What it means

Draggy waits for the engine to finish loading a model, longer for a bigger file: between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. If the model is not ready by then, Draggy gives up rather than leave you waiting.

The usual cause is a model that is close to, or over, the size of your memory, so the computer keeps swapping instead of loading. A slow disk, or antivirus scanning a freshly downloaded file, does the same.

What to do

• Try again. The second load is often much quicker, because the file is now cached.
• Choose a smaller model, or close other heavy programs first.
• If it happens with every model, see not enough memory.

Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
