Error
Draggy could not reach its model engine
The engine stopped or was blocked before it could answer.
What it means
Draggy started the engine and then could not connect to it. The engine has stopped, most often because it ran out of memory partway through, or something on the computer blocked the connection. The connection never leaves your machine.
What to do
- Send the message again. Draggy starts the engine again for you.
- If it keeps happening, the model is probably too large for the memory you have. See not enough memory.
-
Check that a firewall or antivirus program is not blocking connections between
Draggy and
127.0.0.1.
Still stuck
Settings → Data → Open log folder has the logs, and app.log is safe to share. Open an issue with the message you saw and that log, or read Troubleshooting.
